What seems like a long time ago, I was a scrawny 5 year old dragging around a Polaroid 600 and annoying my parents with constant flashes. Even at that young age, I knew that one day photography would be the center of my life (besides my husband and four dogs of course). I was then, and still am now, fascinated with capturing the world around me.

 

Like most photographers, I worked under a well respected artist who taught me valuable lessons. Most importantly, she taught me to allow someone else to handle the business side so that I can devote my thoughts and ideas to my art.

 

In order to get my feet wet in the photography business, that is extremely saturated, I had to become a "Jack of all Trades." I photographed everything from babies, to seniors (not only the teenage kind) to rabbits. Yes, you read that right. I photographed rabbits. It all became worth it though when I moved into our new three story building in the heart of town. It was then that I decided to focus solely on weddings and boudoir. Those two genres of photography have stolen my heart completely.

 

Becoming a boudoir photographer has given me the opportunity to empower hundreds of beautiful women. With my art I am able to show them just how beautiful they really are and instill in them the confidence they have lost. Boudoir is so much more than photographs alone. It's about an experience that leaves you feeling beautiful, confident, radiant, empowered, and let's not forget sexy. Your boudoir experience combined with your gorgeous photographs give you memories that will last a lifetime.
